3.4 Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your booking along with pickup instructions and driver contact details before your travel date. Please review your confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if any details are incorrect.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Fixed Pricing
All pricing is fixed and confirmed at the time of booking. BazLine Express does not apply surge pricing, dynamic pricing, or demand-based rate increases. The rate quoted at booking is the rate you pay.

4.2 No Hidden Fees
Our quoted rate is the total price for your transfer. There are no additional charges for standard luggage, flight delays, traffic, or time of day unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

4.3 Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in cancellation of your reservation.

4.4 Pricing Changes
Quoted rates apply to the specific trip confirmed at booking. Changes to your booking, including changes to pickup location, destination, or significant changes to travel date or time, may result in a revised rate.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1 Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as early as possible by emailing info@bazlineexpress.com. Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees, will be communicated at the time of booking and included in your confirmation.

In the unlikely event that BazLine Express must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of any amounts paid. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from such cancellations.

6. Flight Monitoring

For airport transfer bookings, BazLine Express monitors your flight status in real time and adjusts your driver’s schedule accordingly at no additional charge. Flight monitoring is a complimentary service and does not guarantee exact pickup times in cases of significant or unexpected flight diversions, airport closures, or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.

10.2 Customer Punctuality
For departure transfers, it is the customer’s responsibility to be ready at the agreed pickup time.
