Booking

You can book online using our booking form at /book, or contact us directly by email at info@bazlineexpress.com. Provide your pickup location, destination, travel date, passenger count, and any luggage or flight details, and we will confirm your reservation.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for cruise embarkation days, early morning airport departures, and major event nights. While same-day and next-day bookings may be available in some cases, advance booking guarantees your vehicle, rate, and pickup time.
For all bookings: full pickup address, destination, travel date, time, and passenger count. For airport transfers, also include your flight number and arrival or departure time. For cruise transfers, include your cruise line, ship name, terminal number, and sailing date.
We typically confirm bookings within a few hours of receiving your request. Before your travel day, you will receive full pickup instructions and driver contact details so everything is arranged well in advance.
Yes. We encourage booking both legs of your trip at the same time, especially for cruise port transfers and airport returns. This locks in your rate and ensures availability for both directions.
Yes. Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your booking. We will do our best to accommodate changes to your schedule. Please contact us directly at info@bazlineexpress.com for any modifications.

Pricing

Pricing is fixed and based on your route. When you request a booking, we provide a fixed quote for your specific pickup and destination. That rate does not change regardless of traffic, time of day, demand, or weather.
Never. BazLine Express does not use surge pricing. Your rate is the same whether you book for 5am, a major event night, a holiday, or a storm warning. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay.
No. The rate quoted at booking is the total amount. There are no fuel surcharges, airport fees, luggage fees, or unexpected additions. What you see when you book is what you pay.
No. Flight delays are covered as part of our flight monitoring service. If your arrival changes, your driver adjusts at no additional cost to you. The rate you booked remains the same.
Pricing is per vehicle, not per person. The quoted rate covers your entire group in the vehicle for your route. Whether you have 2 passengers or 9, the vehicle rate is the same.

Airport Transfers

We serve both George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). Both airports are covered for arrivals and departures from anywhere in Greater Houston.
We track your flight in real time from departure. If your arrival time changes for any reason, your driver adjusts automatically. No phone calls are required, no fees are charged for delays. We know before you land.
For arrivals, your driver will contact you when you land and direct you to the designated curbside pickup area for your terminal. Complete pickup instructions, including the exact meeting point, are sent to you before your travel day.
We schedule your departure pickup based on your flight time, your location, and typical traffic conditions for that route. We follow standard airport arrival recommendations and build in buffer time to ensure you reach the terminal without rushing.
Yes. We handle both departures (picking you up at home or hotel and dropping you at the airport) and arrivals (picking you up from the airport and taking you to your destination). Both can be booked together or separately.

Cruise Port Transfers

We serve all active terminals at the Port of Galveston, including Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 25. Let us know your cruise line and terminal number when booking and we coordinate drop-off and pickup at the right location.
Yes. We provide both embarkation drop-off and disembarkation pickup. We recommend booking both legs at the same time. Your driver will be confirmed and waiting when you disembark.
Yes. We provide direct airport-to-cruise-port transfers from both IAH and Hobby Airport to the Port of Galveston, timed around your flight arrival and cruise check-in window. One vehicle, one booking, door to dock.
We calculate your pickup time based on your cruise check-in window, your terminal, your pickup location, and typical Galveston causeway traffic. We build in buffer time to ensure you arrive at the port early without cutting it close.

Vehicle & Luggage

Our vehicle seats up to 9 passengers comfortably. For groups larger than 9, contact us and we will discuss options for coordinating multiple vehicles or alternative arrangements.
Each passenger may bring one standard checked bag (up to 62 linear inches and 50 lbs) and one carry-on bag (up to 22" x 14" x 9"). For groups with oversized luggage, cruise duffels, or extra bags, contact us before booking to confirm the vehicle can accommodate your load.
Every ride includes complimentary Wi-Fi, bottled water for all passengers, phone charging capability, and air conditioning. Child safety seats are also available on request at no extra charge.
Yes. Child safety seats are available at no extra charge. Please note this requirement when booking so we have the appropriate seat ready for your trip.
Yes. Every vehicle is cleaned and inspected before each booking. You board a fresh, prepared vehicle every time.

Group & Events

We provide group transportation for all types of events across Greater Houston: weddings, sporting events, concerts, festivals, family reunions, church group outings, graduations, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, casino nights, shopping trips, and any other occasion where a private group needs reliable transport.
Yes. We offer both outbound and return transfers. Book both at the same time to lock in your rate and guarantee your driver is there when the event ends.
Yes. We accommodate multi-stop routes for bar crawls, wedding day logistics, multi-venue events, and similar itineraries. Share your full schedule when booking and we will plan the route accordingly.
Yes. Companies with regular transportation needs can establish recurring booking arrangements with BazLine Express. Contact us to discuss a schedule and pricing structure that works for your organisation.

Service Areas

We serve the full Greater Houston metro area, including Houston, Katy, Cypress, Jersey Village, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Pearland, League City, Clear Lake, Kemah, Galveston, and all surrounding communities. We also provide direct transfers to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), and the Port of Galveston.
Yes. The Woodlands is one of our primary service areas. We frequently handle IAH airport transfers from The Woodlands and cruise port runs to Galveston for residents of Spring, Conroe, The Woodlands, and surrounding communities.
Yes. We serve Katy, the Energy Corridor, Cinco Ranch, and all West Houston communities. These are among our most frequently booked pickup areas for both IAH airport transfers and Port of Galveston cruise runs.
Yes. We serve all Southeast Houston communities including Pearland, League City, Clear Lake, and Kemah. These areas are popular for Hobby Airport transfers and Port of Galveston cruise runs given their proximity to the south side of Houston.
We primarily serve the Greater Houston metro area and Galveston. For long-distance or intercity transportation requests outside our standard service area, contact us with your specific route and we will advise on availability and pricing.
